Secret: its all digital. All digital photography. The buildings (well 90% of them or so from what it looks like) are all computer models. Roman would take a few different filters and frames, splice them together, and compose what looked to be a manual flow, but what is really a digitally created movie.

Wow. I figured a lot of it was digital, but not everything. Amazing. Just showed my friend who recently graduated from film school.
